Hope that all who went/are going bankrupt today feel Ok.
My appointment was 11am. Was out at 12.30pm. Officially bankrupt at 12.15pm.
All I can say is "I should have done it sooner"! Have to say that I don't feel any different than I did before. Probably because unfortunately my creditors couldn't get any money out of me before bankruptcy - and it certainly isn't going to change now!
Thank you to all who have given me advice. Also thank you to the MS Society for giving me the grant to pay the court fees.
I'm going to celebrate with a chinese tonight!
The only thing I have hated about the last few months is that I've put on weight. Not through stress or overeating - just solely living on Sainsbury's 24p rolls (pack of 12) and their 60p pack of ham. Pretty much every day since February! It was the only thing I could afford!
Many thanks.
Deb
PS .......... can I have my "number" now please!!!??? Pretty please with a cherry on top!;)
