First Choice kids club at the Holiday Village in Turkey

Hi there,

I am off to the Holiday Village in Turkey in September with hubby and 3 year old daughter. We chose that resort because of the kids club.

Do you know what we can expect of it?? Is it regular sessions or one-off??

I guess that all the kids club are similar with First Choice so would be interested in hearing about the experiences you've had with them.

I am hoping that they'll keep the little one entertained a few hours a day so that I can do some serious sunbathing.

Thanks

We went to the holiday village in Playa Blanca a couple of years back and the kids clubs were brilliant. For the older kids they had a morning session, afternoon session and also an evening session. They did evening baby sitting service. The holiday village was brilliant and Id deffinately go back to one of the villages. They had lots going on for the kids and the reps at the time were brilliant.

For the younger ones they had a creche and it was really good. From what I remember they ran the creche twice a day and it looked very good, they also had a nice play area for the little ones. They also took the little ones out on a trip, obviously met the requirements as to how many children they could supervise and it was a first come first served basis.

I assume the Holiday villages will be probably on the same kind of idea so yeah it should be a great holiday for you and little one will be kept entertained.

Hi, we went to the same place in turkey last aug with 3 year old and really enjoyed it. The kids clubs are exellent and well run, they are timed throughout the day 3 sessions, cant recall exact details but roughly about 10.30, 2pm and 8.30pm for about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, which gives you a break to go and play the quiz and bingo by the pool bar.
All sessions free exept about 2 nights per week they charge about £3 for sweetie bingo and the choc party on friday...they are very popular so get there early.
Our little one went a few afternoons as it was so hot and also a few evenings he also liked being near the ampetheatre watching the shows. Im sure you will like it, I recomended it to my sister who returned 3 weeks ago and was impressed with it.
If you want anymore info please ask :)

Hi,just come back from the First Choice Holiday village Red Sea.
The Kids Clubs were really well run and the activities ranged from archery to mini golf with Play and learn sessions where they Kids learnt about different animals - their sounds etc. The sessions ran throughout day in 1.5 to 2 hr time slots depending on what particular activity they were doing.
There was also a session 8.30 to 10.30 in the evening. This was wonderful as it enabled me and OH to have a couple of hours "grown up time"

Oooh thank you for your replies.

I can't wait to go now. I knew from First Choice that there might be some sessions but didn't really know how long or when. I am sure that the little one will love it and it will give myself and hubby some "grown-up" time. Can't wait.

Tigertiger, which side of the resort did you go to?? Apparently there are 2 sides, the Tropical and the Pegasus and one is meant to be better than the other one (food wise anyway).

    Thanks

If you have anything you need to ask Holiday truths might be a good place.

Sorry for late reply, last year it was two separate hotels but it was the Pegasos side I stayed. On chattin to the reps they said that the tropical had better food as they catered for other nationalities, as it is now one big hotel then I dont know.
Im hoping to go to the Red Sea one next week (waiting for a reply off travel shop in at the hol village turkey, they will beat the online first choice price for any of the villages once you have stayed there)!
    Have a great time!
