FG, I love meat loaf, I wonder if he's doing Glasgow... off to look now! Well done on the chart, you're sounding positive again. Think it's great you can actually see what you have done rather than feeling you're doing nothing. No one is perfect, none of us ever will be, I think learning to accept that is a good step in the right direction.

Glad you're ok QB, sorry not been about much, but as they say 'a womans work is never done' I've not been on the pc for any length of time over the weekend, just sitting at it having coffee breaks!

we're going back to bulgaria with my mum, step dad, step sister and her fella too we're renting a big villa with it own pool whoo!!

I said that if i get my own place soon will he move in with me (he already has his own place but his dad lives with him ) he said he doesnt know

Meh. I'm in a really difficult situation now:
A friend of mine has known for the past 2.5 years what's going on and promised to help me (by this he means talk) if want him to, as long as he's not busy. This is fine by me but I'm now very worried that we're oing to be back where we were last year. (I became really clingy and he told me he was unable to talk to me because of this)

Currently, we're ok. Now, I'm not sure if I should really start asking him for help again. As far as he knows, I'm ok, but I'm not.

Welcome to the thread. When you say you aren't okay, do you think you are depressed?

Love and support of family and friends is wonderful, but sometimes we need a little outside help. Have you considered seeing your GP?

If you ever need someone to talk to, there are a few options open. You can post in this thread, PM any of us for a private talk, ask your GP for a referal to a counsellor, or get in touch with a charity like the Samaritans (http://www.samaritans.org.uk/), Mind (http://www.mind.org.uk/) or SANEline (http://www.sane.org.uk/SANEline). Samaritans and Saneline also offer support via email.

What is everyone doing today? I'm not sure what I'll do. The weather is bad, as usual so can't get my grass cut. Might go out for a bit. But I guess there is plenty I could be doing in the house.
