On the first of the month, I made myself a chart, listing all the small things that I'm supposed to do every day to get better. Before then, I thought I was failing at everything. There are still a lot of red crosses on my chart, but there are a lot of black ticks. I'm doing alright at some things. I had a revelation talking to a friend of mine. He spoke to me about living in concious contact with reality, and accepting things as they are. He told me how important it is to do the right thing in the right circumstances. I feel horrible, but the reality is that I am an imperfect person doing my best on a daily basis, and that alone makes me good.
Hehe, my waffly rant over. You never know when something you say will help someone, so I thought I'd share my current thoughts with you
I'm feeling okay today. I'm fighting the Monkey on my shoulder who tells me I don't deserve good things, and I'm trying to make good things happen.
I've also started taking my daily dose of medication in one go before bed. Means I'm a little more anxious during the day, but I don't have to worry about falling asleep on the train anymore!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
:hello: Everyone,
I am so excitedI have just booked a tour ticket for Will Youngs Winter tour called Let it go 2008.I think he is an amazing singer and I go to see him on 9th December at Plymouth Pavillions
I booked it online via Ticketmaster as I nearly missed seeing him last year if it wasnt for a kind fan on his messageboard who offered me a spare ticket so I didnt want that to happen again this year as he is popular and will sell out quickly
got a good seat as well,so I have kylie this month and Will a few months later to end with,Mum said I am a very lucky girl and I know I cant wait as Will hasnt been around for sometime and I have missed his concerts
Hope to see some friends that night too in Plymouth
I am off now,
chat tomorrow
Night! Night,
