All-Inclusive August holiday

Hi
I hope someone will be able to advise.
The only week I have managed to get off work is the bank holiday week in August (25th-29th). We haven't booked anything yet, because we were hoping to get a last minute deal (i.e. after payday this month!).
There will be me and OH and 2 kids (11 & 9) and we were hoping for a week all-inclusive somewhere hot!
My question is, are we likely to be able to get anything for around the £1000 mark? We don't really mind where we go, and we will travel from any of the London airports.
