Advice on digital camera please

Hi hope someone here can help. Want to buy my daughter a digital camera for 21st this month. Must be at least 7mp and be able to recharge it with a wall plug as the ones with AA batteries end up too expensive as they run out too quick. Wanted to know if anyone knows of any good bargains on a camera I have about £60 to spend. Thanks hope someone can help.
