Hi, hope you can help!
i have a card that is due to finish its 0% intrest free period in 6 weeks, and i want to transfer it - free- to a card that offers a 0% interest period on balances and purchases. Is this still possible? I've looked all over the site and havent managed to find one.
Oh- the card is a Halifax one.
Help!
Thanks!

There are a few around. I just applied for the Coop Travel card - 0% on both for 7 months and you even earn points on it when doing balance transfers.
Or Nat West card 0% for 9 months EDIT: Has a BT fee if you are not a current account holder.0 -
0% on BT's + purchases + BT fee-free...
Ulster Bank (9 months)
Yorkshire Bank (6 months)
Clydesdale Bank (6 months)

With so many to choose from, make sure you don't go for one that is run by HBOS.

Is that because he already has a Halifax card or another reason ? I've just applied to the Halifax thinking it was a good deal. ThanksLook after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0 -

Last year when my halifax classic card 0% was coming to an end I phoned them to cancel the card as I had cleared the debit balance and was offered an upgrade to the Halifax One card with another 6 months 0%. Things may be different now but I think it's worth a phone call.

The Ulster Bank at 9 months 0% on BTs and purchases with NO BT fees sounds like the best option. But does anyone have any negative experience of them?0
