Will flight prices go up or down b4 October?

We are hoping to take the family to Mallorca for the October schools week. Flights seem reasonable from Edinburgh with Ryanair and Easyjet so should I go ahead and book or do you think it's worth biding my time and seeing if they take a dip before October? I'd be gratful for your views... Bear in mind it's the school week!
Thanks, Jo

That is the million dollar question! As you are looking to go in the school holidays chances are the prices will go up with demand. Also if the fuel prices keep going the way they have been then prices will increase due to this.

If you are happy with the price then book it

Yes, they could go up or down.

Reminds me of the indecisive rabbit. When given the choice of 2 equally appealing cabbages. Couldnt decide which one was the better one to eat. Starved to death.

    Just book the flights

I booked 3 flights to Ibiza in August, with Easyjet, i booked in November as soon as flights came out, i paid a total £234, checked the prices on Friday for the same flights £551 today £545, difficult to say if prices will come down, but glad i booked mine when i did.

I got 3 flights to Benidorm with Ryanair during the School Easter holidays and paid a total of £181, only booked those a couple of weeks before we went, not sure if they had come down in price when i booked , but was really happy with the price i paid.
