Can you edit the listing and explain in big red bold letters that this could be a scam and nothing to do with you?I haven't got one!0

No he won't be able to if the account was hacked he will have no access to it.
All you can do is keep trying ebay, there is a live help option but I don't know how to access that, someone will be along in a moment to give details I am sure.
Meanwhile, change the passwords on any associated accounts like paypal that you might have also compromised. If you have a bank or credit card details listed with ebay then call those financial institutions as well and say that your security has been compromised and ask them to check that nothing untoward has happened. Change passwords on anything at all remotely connected to ebay.

If you can get into your account - first FIRST change your password - letters and numbers and at least 8 long for more protection.
Then go and cancel the listing
Change your user name as well if you wnat!0 -

Should I end the listing?
If you can still access the account then it can't be a hacker, it i smor elikely just to be someone trying to cause mischief. Do you share a PC on have you used an internet cafe or something recently and not signed out properly?
A work colleague got her account taken over by someone she knew being malicious, she used an easy to guess password based on her favourite TV programme, and the spiteful person just kept trying everything connected to that programme until he got it. In that case he liste dporn and then reported her and it was difficult for her to show a hack as her password hadn't been changed.

As there are less than 12 hours left, you cannot end the listing either, but you will be able to cancel the bids.
I would contact your bidders to let them know what's going on (and that you will cancel their bids before the end of the listing if ebay do not act in time). I think it's better to leave the bids there for now and give ebay a chance to sort the problem out first.0 -
Lastly and not ebay ethical - go and get a throw away email address and set up new account, bid on your own item (lots and lots) AFTER you have changed your password (And do the same to your PAYPAL account fast!)
Start the NPB process against the "buyer" when you win.0
