Nope thats a straight through cable. This one is what you need:

As for what crossover cat5 means; it desribes the way its wired, so that the talk bit on one end goes to the listen bit on the other.
A straight through cable is exactly that, the wires go straight through (ie. listen to listen, talk to talk).
