I've taken advantage of this offer a fair bit too be honest. However, I would like to know what the offer is. Each time my gf orders a margarita with toppings adding upto around £8.50 I order the II Padrino £9.15. The bill comes I show the voucher and they remove the margarita I explain perhaps it includes the total of the cheapest pizza and am told no I complain to HowtoComplain.com and am told it was down to staff training and yes it is free including the toppings.
I wish they could make up their mind!

It is a 2 for 1 I order one pizza my partner orders another Pizza. I even contacted Pizza Express last time this happened and have been told it is the total cheapest pizza FREE. They are making a mis-leading offer, getting in Martins newsletter encouraging sales then not delivering fully on a promise.Help me to help you :santa2:0

If margarita is the cheapest pizza and they took it off your bill, I don't get what the problem is?0 -
OP - I don't see what you're getting at. Do you want the more expensive one free? Is that it? Are you really that bothered about 65p, when you're already saving £8.50?
If the offer is buy one get one free, how are you being misled? You are buying one and getting one free. Aren't you?0 -
Is it that they're just taking off the cost of the margherita without the extra toppings? There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0

I think he is saying that they only remove the cost of a magherita pizza, not the cost of the margherita plus extra toppings.

I thinks the OP's GF orders a margarita pizza then adds extra toppings on top e.g (pineapple, ham, pepperoni, olives). The extra toppings are added on to the cost of the margarita. For example if normal margarita is £5.65, extra toppings about £1-1.50. when they deduct the prize of the magarita off the bill for the 241 offer they just take of the cost of a noraml one i.e £5.65 excluding the extra toppings put on. The OP things they should take of the cost of the pizza including the added toppings.Come on you Irons0

Perfect.
The £3 adds up when the value of the order was only £15.00 including the £3 overcharged.Help me to help you :santa2:0
