I bought an item from Two Left Feet which is a baby store online.
I received my order but have decided it is unsuitable. Under distance selling regulations the site offers a '7 day no quibble returns policy' the terms state return requests should be sent via email, and they will send a returns label by post. I made contact as requested on 1st July immediately after I received the parcel, I have had no confirmation from the company that they are dealing with my request for my returns label a simple email would be suffice, reading reviews on google this company has a terrible reputation, for service, email response and their telephone service is virtually non existent, they request no calls from people who have placed an order and when i have called it is always engaged and when i did get through i gave up after waiting 40 minutes on hold. Had I known this company had such poor reviews i would never have bought from them.
My question is, if my returns label does not arrive as requested what are my rights for a refund? I need to arrange a courier to return the item which will take a couple of days to get to them, if it goes over the 7 days in total how do I stand with regards to returning it for a refund if they have ignored my request?
I guess I am worried more due to the reviews I have read about this company as to whether they will supply the return label. I paid by Paypal if this helps.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Simply return the items via some recorded means, you have notified them, the law does not state you have to follow any returns procedure other than that.click here to achieve nothing!0
