I went this morning after seeing a tip on shop but don't drop and got loads of all of the supercook things plus loads of packets of McDougalls puff pastry mix for 11p a packet! They aren't whoopsed or marked down - just a normal white shelf edge label but at the very low prices. I was chuffed! Plus, thanks to the same tip I got four tins of Princes extra lean corned beef for 90p a tin, but there is 100% extra free in each tin so was a real bargain! Then as I was leaving Tescos they had the new Cath Kidston bags for life so I got two of those and now I wish I had got more of them because they are going for £16.99 on ebay!Jane

Alright, alright come on, admit it - who are the OSers in Ayrshire?!
I went to pop into my local tesco and they had absolutely none of those goodies left0 -
I noticed this to, but all the spaces were empty so I didn't get to blag any bargains, in Asda anyway, will keep an eye out in Mr T when I go tomorrow. The Supercook range has been bought out by Dr Oetker (I thought they only did frozen pizza!!!). The Dr Oetker range seems to be more expensive than when it was Supercook, so grab the Supercook goodies while you can, when they've gone the brand will no longer exist, lets hope the product is still the same despite the new name!
I'm shuddering now at the thought of Dr Oetker mixing up the pizza recipes with the cake decorations, anyone remember (I think it was Iceland's) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Apple Pizza's? My brother would eat nothing else when he was a kid, it didn't stunt his growth though lol!NSD Challenge 2010:Jul 12/12; Jun 21/14 :T; May : 6/6

Actually Dr Oetker have been doing other stuff than pizza for years, we used to get loads of it when we went to Germany when I was a kid in the 70's and 80's especially jelly!0

Am I the only one who likes eating jelly diamonds as sweets?
*Blushes and runs away*0 -
oh no that brings back childhood memories!
as a kid I was always hungry and we rarely were allowed to eat between meals so I remember raiding the baking cupboard and eating...everything! even the cooking chocolate which was horrible. I guess it was probably years old as well as my mum didn't have much time for baking- still we didn't have sell by dates back then so it didn't matter!weaving through the chaos...0
