Hi, Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with Axa customer services. I was interested in encashing a small investment held for 12 years so I wrote to Axa in Bristol and received a reply on the 8th May with a valuation and encashment form which I posted to them on the 9th May with instructions to pay into my bank account.
I telephoned Axa on the 30th May as I hadn't heard from them to be told that the form hadn't been received. OK I thought it could have gone
astray in the post, so they said they would send another form.
I then had to write to them again on the 20th June as another form had not been received ! I received a reply dated 23rd June, no apology, just the same letter and form as received originally but my investment has now reduced by £200.
I then received the very same letter and form postmarked 27th June. Anyone know what they are playing at ??

I've just surrendered my unit-linked plan with them. It was posted on Friday I think, and I received a letter today saying the money was put into my account and would be available within 5 days. Maybe I've just been lucky.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
