Essenchill, looking forward to hearing their explanation. Are you going to ring them? You said on Thursday you were going to.0

Embarrassingly all my own fault and through creating my own thread on here and getting you all to be so helpful and scratching your heads as much as I had been, I scrutinised everything even more and realised that I withdrew money in April to move to an ISA which in the end, explains it all very simply.
Apologies for creating a thread over nothing but my own mistake! I didn't end up ringing them in the end thankfully YorkshireBoy0 -

All good for a chuckle. It takes a brave man or woman to admit their mistake.

Yes, it's great it's all sorted and I do feel very grateful for all the responses on here trying to help me out but am thoroughly embarrassed nonetheless...!0

I'm still a little confused.
If you withdrew in April, it still doesn't explain why June's interest is so much less than May's does it?...unless you mean interest that was PAID on the first of each month and not that resulting from the month itself (which was paid on the first of the following month)?0
