Have you thought about the Yorkshire Building society. They offer 100% mortgages with no arrangement fee, 5.39% fixed rate, £199 redemption fee, no higher lending charge and cashback. We will get around £650 for a mortgage of £116,000.
They also sorted out a mortgage offer in 8 days! They do need proof of rent, payslips etc but they have been really on the ball and helpful.0
