    Mum2many why not try freecycle for a freezer if you are desperate ... could tide you over if only for a couple of weeks til you get another, then when you are finished just stick it back onto freecycle :)

    My fridge came from freecycle as did a few other bits but when I moved house most of my furniture went on freecycle and was collected .. made life so much easier for me
