Recommendations for a cheap rural B&B?

I'd love to take a short break in a rural location, anywhere really (need to get away from work and city life!). But with a tight budget, I'm hoping to find something of less than £50 per night for a double room (I don't care if it does not include breakfast). Any ideas?

All help greatly appreciated!

It would help people to help you if you said where you lived, how far you were prepared to travel and when you wanted to travel.

I'm in the midlands, anywhere in England or Wales, as I don't mind the travelling. As for when, I'm flexible too, anytime in July or August. Thanks!

Someone else mentioned this on another posting, https://www.skipwithstation.co.uk 3 day break £142 in a converted railway carriage. Worth considering?

we have stayed in a B&B in Mawgan Porth Cornwall. It was called Westwinds. Think that is £25pppn. Shared bathroom, but all neat and clean. reasonable breakfast. plenty of walking and only yards from a sandy beach. hope you enjoy your stay wherever you go.
