    OOOOOH I have just had a thought, I said I would send them a copy of the letters that I had sent to the Office of Fair Trading/OFCOM/Trading standards, so that is three more letters (sent seperately of course) so another £18, so that makes £316 in total, so far. :rotfl:

    Got this back today. Am well chuffed to get the company off my back. It has been fun. Even if the original company pass this on to someone else I don't care. It feels like a moral victory. :beer: :j :beer:

    I am going to send them a letter tomorrow reminding them that the invoice is still outstanding for the costs involved and as they are not prepared to communicate with me I am preparing the case to go to court,:rotfl:
