Hi all
I am tearing my hair out here..
Had a roofer 'fix' my flat roof twice last year, only for it to still need completely replacing when i got a my bathroom done, as it was sodden and mouldy..got another roofer out who completely replaced it 5 months ago, only for it to start leaking last week.
SO I got a roofer out from urmston who was totally arrogant and rude, telling me a rubber roof was a standard construction type for a residential property. (I was concerned about the insurance aspect, but I have got this sorted).
Anyway, now it appears he is refusing to give me an insurance backed guarantee for the work he proposes...well, as i have told him, TWICE bitten - forever shy...
So, I am back to square one...still got a leaky flat roof, my bathroom slowly getting spoiled, and no-one can reccomend a decent (reputable) roofer!?
Pleeeeeease someone help me out (I don't want any tom, !!!!!! or harry!) and give me the details for a decent roofer in Manc - I haven't lost all hope just yet.
Thank you, a tired Vin
