I bought a panasonic hifi, paid with credit card, arranged delivery for today. Checked e-mail for confirmation last night, nothing there phoned them up to be told it had been declined by the bank. Spoke to them this morning not a problem there end.
What grates me is additions have said we have sent you a letter, i think there extracting the juice out of me. That's one customer they have lost
