Frustration over cancellation invoice

I had to cancel a holiday in May due to illness. Since then i've been trying to get a cancellation invoice from the company. They have to request this from the flight company and to date it has not been received despite the flight company informing me that they have sent it on two seperate occasions. I am really frustrated as without this invoice i am unable to proceed with my insurance claim and i'm desperate to go on holiday.

I have just sent a complain email to ABTA and to the company i booked with , any other advice would be appreciated.

    Which companies are you dealing with? Have you asked them to send another cancellation invoice to you by recorded delivery?
