UKOnline config help required

Have just signed up with UKOnline (and yes, I know they do not have great reviews) and am now connected. I am using my existing broadband modem router and decided not to take up the router that UKOnline were offering.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but I can't get a connection onto the web.
I have checked the VCI/VPI and PPOA settings are OK. And have set the Primary and Secondary DNS addresses to the ones suggested on their support pages.

Does anyone know what I am missing here or had similar problems getting started with UKOnline using their own broadband modem router?

Thanks
Moomin

I had a similar problem with Virgin broadband, they reset our user-id at their end and it started up
