Sorry didnt put correct distance only put in 1/2 mile but as i said above there is a lot more reductions than increases hardly encouraging for people with investments in property in your area.

Sorry mate but you cant put a spin on it.
The reductions are property that was stupidly overpriced in the first place (greedy sellers) and my investments are doing fine.
Never have to advertise to rent my properties out and able to put rent up by sensible amounts if I decide to do so.

Glad to hear your investments are doing well you say that the reductions are for property that were overpriced where as I say ALL property is overpriced and there has to be more of a fall than there already has.
