    Hi Gingham
I had a suspicion there was some resentment - usually is in these cases. No-one has any right to wreak vengeance because of a complaint in this way - the complaint was clearly valid as it was upheld!
Really, they should be grateful that some failing was noted and brought to their attention! My kids attended a club one year - the bus collected them and others from school. After the first week I discovered that only the disabled kids were allowed seatbelts:eek:, so I complained stridently! The club agreed immediately and a new bus was purchased. Shortly after that it crashed with all the kids in it - and thankfully no-one was hurt!

Trouble is, even if her complaint is upheld, could she feel comfortable leaving her LO there?

That's the question, and possibly not to be honest. But even if she decided or was able to send him somewhere else, I think this should still be sorted out if only to stop them doing it to someone else.
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.

Yes, of course. Only professional (as in ethos) people should ever work with children. I hope this does get sorted.

    Hi Titch,

The annoying thing is that my DS is the one who is always smiling and never crying. He was just a big baby, 9lbs 2.5ozs born so was heavy to hold. But to be honest he's never been a cuddly baby, he's always been happy to watch the world go by and has he's got older get involved in the world rather then being held.

I guess they all wanted girly and pink!!!

GR - When DS is sick its always projectile (sp) due to the reflux, and there is always a lot of it. But he never cries and always smiles again quickly afterwards even though it must hurt (the stomach acid comes back up with the sick). Even though it only went on him and the floor we still had to leave, they tried to clean the floor with his clothes which was totally out of order!!!

It all sounds unbelievably bad. Why on earth a nursery would find fault with baby sick, I can't imagine! Did you follow it up?

Your DS sounds a bonzer little (;)) chap, and very loveable.
  • Hi Andyrules,

To my shame I didn't do anything about it!!! Luckily I have never need there services again!!!

My DS is very loveable, apart from when he is climbing the stairs at speed when he is not meant to !!!!!!!!!
