Anyone used SeatWave before?

http://www.seatwave.com is a website which allows 'fans' to resell their concert tickets (like people used to do on ebay). They say that their 'advantage' is that they are guarantee that tickets are 1) genuine and 2) that they will be delivered 3) if not delivered or genuine they'll refund 150%.

I'm looking to buy a ticket using them because I couldn't find it anywhere else on the web: I tried ebay, official theatre, all the usual ticket websites (ticketmaster etc).

1) Does anybody know whether seatwave are reliable? Do they uphold their promises?

2) Other than that, can anybody recommend me any other sites for purchasing tickets that are sold out at all the usual resources?

Ordered 2 tickets from Seatwave for Brandi Carlile @ Arts Theatre. Ordered about a month for the concert.

GOOD
* They arrived in plentiful time - around two weeks before - and tickets were genuine.
* Everything seemed professionally done.

BAD
* They charge quite a big 'admin' fee - ~£15.
* Tickets were overpriced by 400% in my case. This is due to the seller and not the website but generally I think you'll find that tickets are way higher than face value.
