Good prices on flights to Japan

So, I may have the chance to accompany the man on a trip to Japan (Osaka). I'd have free lodging, since I can bunk with him , but I need to get there first. I've been checking out the airline sites, but £600 r/t is about the best I've found so far...eek!

I'm going to try Orbitz and Lastminute.com, etc. too.

You don't mention the dates you want to travel or where you'd be flying from, but £600 is not too bad given the current situation with fuel surcharges. Close you're eyes on the way into Kansai airport - it's on a man made island in the bay and only just looks long enough to land on although I'm sure it's safe enough!

We're not 100% sure yet, when the trip is. It could be as soon as late August! *chuckle* about the airport. I always have to look away when we're flying into Norway, because it looks like we're going to land in the sea. ((shudder)))

AirFrance is £512 incl taxes. Finnair is £438 if flying before 14th July.
