  • Have download software to monitor laptop temperature, and indeed the laptop temperature was 70 degrees before the last shutdown, this i have been told is way to hot so looks like a cooler is the answer. My daughter seems to think ordinary surfin seems to be fine the temp stays low but when she uses MSN Messenger with her cam the temp seems to shoot up.Anyway thanks for all your suggestions lets hope it is a temp problem as i had visions of a new laptop she can ill afford.
