Mustek PL207 Portable DVD Player- Help!

Had this great portable dvd player for about 20 months. Been used more or less daily with no problems. 2 days ago it started playing up, not loading dvds and now it comes up with 'wrong disk' in the top right of the screen. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong. Does any one know of a Mustek dealer that would take a look at it. (Aberdeenshire area). Hope its not dead! Many thanks.

To be honest, with DVD players being as cheap as they are now , it would be more expensive to have someone look at it rather than bin it and get a new one.
However, you could try using a lens cleaning DVD, as maybe that will sort it out.Wha's like us - damn few, an' they're a' deid
