Problems with return

You shouldnt have any problems with the vat and tax so long as you provide customs with the ebay and paypal invoices. I had a case of where i imported something from abroad which was declared more than what i payed.I just sent customs prove of my purchase with the price i payed and they duly wavied the excess charges. As for the buyer depending on how helpful she has been, i would consider leave a negative. If i felt she didnt care so long as she got her money back i wouldnt even bother collecting the bag.0
