Janet Frazer (littlewoods group)

Recently bought a shaver from this catalogue. Saw it £25 cheaper elsewhere, so when it came I returned shaver compley unopened and sealed. JF phoned up and said would be returning this to me as cat. states not for home app. Said why I had ret it and that it was unopened and had not seen the tiny writting in the cat. But they still ret it to me, charged me £7 postage and £5 admin. Worst of all the one that they returned had been used and box was damaged. When I complained they said it was my word against theirs. I have been with this cat about 12 years, but they still treated me badly. Will close the a/c asap. :P

    thats awful :-X i was with them a few years ago, but they drove me mad billingme for things i never had, so i shut the account.

    Yes it was very annoying. The thing is they are such a big company, I guess losing a few customers here and there doesn't matter to them. :-/
