I think since 39 is bigger than 13 it's possibly new news, it may well include the previous 13.. The main news regarding the company is that it has abondoned plans for a rights issue. Also given the stock is dow 58% this morning I think the market sees it as new.Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!

so they will only be left with 13 offices?
they have probably abandoned the rights issue as they are probably now going for refinance following Barratts success
its grim out there for a lot of housebuilders0 -

It says a THIRD of it's 39 offices, that does equal 13. It's the same 13 that was announced in May, so old news (about the closures anyway). Maybe it's reported now again as next week is the week they are closing down those branches.0 -

My appologies adr0ck! honeypop, yes I see that, you are quite correct, I suspect it is the same news as previously released, the main news regarding the company is the failure to secure finance.Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!
