Free toilet paper, soap & water!

I find that by not going to the toilet at home and holding on 'til I'm at work saves me using my own toilet paper, soap & water. Must save a few quid over the year.

Weekends can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable though, especially when it's a bank holiday.

If you took a few extra sheets of toilet roll each time you could use them at home on bank holidays so it would be a bit more comfortable for you, you could also take an empty jam jar or something and fill it with liquid soap from the machines at work !, could save fortunes over the years :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Brilliant thread; really made me laugh!! You could always sell your "waste" as fertiliser. Every little helps, as the wise people of Tesco so rightly say.

I also fill a thermos flask with hot water from work, a big water bottle with water from the water cooler, and when I need a bit of comfort, my hot water bottle too. The extra pennies all add up and if you look after the pennies, the pounds will look after themselves.

Don't forget not to flush your toilet all weekend if you must use it! One flush will suffice and will save you lots :)

Also, try not to walk around too much if you have a carpet at home, you don't want to wear it out and need it replacing, do you?
