I received a Limited Edition Gift pack as a gesture of goodwill because of the problems some of us had when the site had problems.

I know I should be pleased but I've not received any replies to my emails etc and I've also asked for a winners list for that day. Looks like they won't be giving me that.

Did anyone else get a reply to their emails they sent.

I don't think anyone had a reply after they tried to fob you all off with a download. Strange that they are varying what they give as a goodwill gesture, I would have thought they would send everybody the same

Is it an Impulse voucher? or one that can be spent on any product from the main company?

I received this pack as well today - a cute little metal framed box covered in purple mesh, containing six x 35ml miniature Impulse sprays. Delivered by ANC (signed for delivery)

Don't be disappointed with your £5 voucher though as I expect they are worth about the same, and you can choose what you buy with your voucher. Strange that they have treated different people in different ways, though.

I wonder what toniq received, as she actually phoned the MD about the fiasco! Maybe her gift is a step up again!
