Have you tried the contacting Impulse? This was before the techy probs wasn't it? I wonder if the details go straight to the company who are despatching your prize Hope it juat turns up but I would keep on at them, especially as they have acknowledged in writing that you won something.

Contacted both impulse(unilever) and also the lounge group. Impulse were the ones who reassured me I had won and that it would be in the post. I dont have a clue what lounge are doing but I will sure as hell not be letting it go. Hopefully lounge come back to me tomorrow with an explanation.
