Shower Spares

done a quick search on here for info but only 1 topic comes up & that names a site i've already tried... anywya, my problem is my shower has recently tried to commit suicide... well, parts of it did, the rest failed miserably!

Soooooo, i'm after a Triton Jade Showerhead & also a spray head holder.

Can anyone recommend places online/shops that'll sell these types of things?

I have prices from Triton themselves, http://www.showerdoc.co.uk & http://www.showerspares.com. Does anyone know of anywhere else to look for decent prices please?

  • Sorry I don't.

When my last shower stopped working properly we got a new one fitted. The plumber said it would be easier and quicker.
She slashed every one of us
  • Try plumbworld. They have a forum which is quite helpful and my have the bits you need
    http://www.plumbworld.co.uk/

Screwfix also has plumbing parts -think the URL is https://www.screwfix.co.uk
  • If all you need is a replacement head and riser rail, just visit your local B & Q. Shower heads and hoses are generally a universal fitting. B & Q have loads in at anything fro £10 - £30

Have you got a local plumbing merchant you could try? I have one local to me who have been very helpful & recently scoured their supply catalogues in an effort to help me with a replacement part I needed. It was in stock within 2 days of ordering too.

Prices from plumbers merchants tend to be cheaper than elsewhere as they offer trade prices, or generally at least a discount to non trades :)
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
  • i agree with Hollie, I have replaced these items on 2 Trident Showerrs over the years. The connection at the shower is standard and a part from your local plumbers merchant or from B&Q will be perfectly suitable.
