Improve laptop performance and hijackthis log help

Right, So I have run ccleaner through, run adaware through, virus scanned and run hijackthis.

I have disabled a load of add-ons to IE which has generally reduced memory thirst and has improved performance no end.

So, if there anything else I can do?

And can someone please cast an eye over my hijack this log to let me know if I am missing anything particularly nasty. I have fixed a fair few errors which seem to have all helped.

Remove stuff you don't need at start up like quicktime. Start>run>then type msconfig and press enter and go to start up. i only have 4 things on start up you only need things like antivirus, firewall, wireless ect

That has just shocked me as to what gets started. I assume that anything that is needed and is not started will be requested automatically?
