Been using it regularly since I set it up, with no issues at all. If you have a problem, ring them, they are incredible helpful and fast to sort out problems (when my initial confirmation e-mail didn't arrive, they sorted it immediately).

Worth noting, I've noticed my memorable word starts with a capital letter, yet I can't remember entering original as such, so make sure you are entering details correclt.y
