Got Probate But Found More Money

has anyone else been in this position? we have been given probate on what we thought was an estate below the tax threshold, but we have now discovered another savings account which will bring us over it. i was wondering what to do and the pitfalls...

I would suggest contacting the probate office & asking their advice - better to be safe than sorry.0
