Yorkshire Bank & Jeremy Sutcliffe solicitors

My son went over his overdraft by £10 he was misadvised by the bank that he had 28 days to put the account into credit. That was 12 months ago. Since then his Yorkshire Bank account has been closed and the 'debt' passed onto a Jeremy Sutcliffe solicitors who anytime he misses a payment, charge him £20 ! Has anyone else had dealings with this company? I've told my son to write to them and give them his income details to arrange a 'reasonable payment plan' but they've already wiped out £90 he's paid back in charges of £20! so the debt is back to £10 over his o/draft at present day.
Can he claim these charges back at all?
