Hi, you must get specialist debt help NOW. Im afraid this happens all the time. You have been made BR on the basis that you cannot pay your debts as they fall due. ( simple definition of insolvency ).

The OR is been good to you as all he wants is the quickest way to realise the funds. If the only option is to sell the house then it will be sent to an IPwho's costs are very high. Once your debt and costs are paid your BR will be annulled ( never happened )

Try offering a voluntary charge on the property in order to buy yourself some time to raise the funds. Talk to lenders on the basis your BR will be annulled, ask the OR about this.

Possibly offer a voluntary charge and an instalment IPA based on your circumstances.

Hi

The company dealing with me are Invocas based in Aberdeen

I am in scotland

The OR told us that we had 3 options

1 get someone to loan me the money

2 get a remortgage

or 3 sell this he said he would not be persuing as i have 4 children

that really would be last resort

i am gonna phone mortgage peeps later and see if they can help me out

i have never missed a payment and have been over paying each month not by a lot but overpaying anyway

my parents are guarantor for me

i know this is all my own fault

i just dont know how to get out of this
