wall hung toiilet and frame

I'm due to fit a wall hung toilet in a bathroom, Where the toilet is to be hung backs onto a wall which is chest height and then a counter top to a big window. So the wall will not be solid - stud wall i'm guessing. I have a frame being delivered for the cistern and all the behind the scened bits. does this frame just fit on the other side of the stud for the toilet to attach to? or does this frame then need to some how fit to the wall, some 500-600mm behind? The frame only looks like a 2 dimensional rectangle so it seems that if it is not connected to the solid wall it would not be man enough to hole the weight of a peson sitting on the toilet ??
Any advise ? much appreciated.

The frame will only be a metal ( very expensive  ) rectangle. This will have to be fixed to a solid 'wall' , So you will have to 'beef' up the stud wall.0

I was going to go for one but the £ for the return was not worth it for me. After sizing it all up found a back to wall toilet was more cost effective and used up less space.
You get 'general purpose' frames to fit majority toilets, or you may need a special frame that complements the toilet.
The bottom of the frame legs reside on the floor and the back is screwed into the wall. Solid wall and floor. If it is not solid, it may twist and crack the porcelain, possibly causing you to get a splinter where you don't want a splinter.
You get different heights of frame and I believe the frame also holds the special cistern too.
All items could be purchased/viewed via ebayGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

Ah, i'm not paying for it, I'm fitting it for someone who's bought it already.
So I will have to make something to bridge from the solid wall to brace the frame on the back of the stud wall ?? ... like another frame, as the solid wall will be a good 600mm from the stud.
I thought this might be the case.0 -
Guessing a few noggins 4 x 2 btween stud wall and brick wall would do .
Cant be too expensive or difficult ?0 -
depending on the wall there are different frame systems for different installations, though if you already have it you do not have many options im assuming. wall hung does not have to be difficult or expensive but you have to know what your doing0
