There are Java tutorials here: http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/java/index.html
But I'd recommend a good book from Amazon.0 -
Any particular reason you want to start with Java? I'd recommend C as a good starter language as it'll give you a good working knowledge of programming principals, hardware manipulation and it's got a good learning curve on it.0
