Ran a quick search on this area and it seems that the topics are all over the place. Most don't realize the value in Real Estate investing, and frankly some who already invest have not stepped up to commercial real estate investing. The goal of this group will be to educate those who want to tap in to the hidden value of apartment buildings, offices and warehouses, retail centers, and hotel/resorts.
Lets have some fun. My very next post will put a solid definition on just what commercial real estate really is.

Well real estate investing is common to all. And now a days commercial real estate investing is also being common. Well i don't knows deeply about it, but my some friends are engaged in it. I thought that real estate investing is the best option in investing according to the now days price value of property.
