O2!!!!!!!!!

I recenty upgraded with O2 and have had a few minor teething problems - Which I won't go into.
My main problem occurred on 30th June 2008. I had a phone call at work from my distressed wife to inform me that O2 had taken £422.25 from our account. Upon calling O2 it transpires that they cancelled my contract and took the money to cover the time remaining. However, my contract was still actually running (i.e. not cancelled!) and no cancellation phone call had taken place between myself and O2. Indeed I thought all cancellations required 30 days notice and letters sent to the O2 cancellations department? Further to this, I had to take an afternoon off work to drive 15 miles into the nearest bank to facilitate a direct debit indemnity.
Although the customer services team were friendly on the phone, no in-depth explanation or apology was offered.
I have written a letter of complaint and will be posting it tomorrow!!

hes always been daft and none of his posts are as stupid as himself. I leave you ponder on his abilities of ever adding anything constructive.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Sounds like it mate. I had to take half a day off work to sort the direct debit out and tonight I have received calls and texts from O2 demanding money!
I told them if I get any more, I will be leaving with no settlement fee. They profusely apologised.
