Should have "Driver" disks but these days they just have a "Recovery Partition" (Which is useless if the drive fails!!).
If you contact HP they will probably charge you anything up to £35 for the disks.Laters

you could make your own, and i was going to recommend acronis trueimage but its about £20, however it comes to light that seagate have rebadged acronis trueimage and called it discwizard and it available as a free download from there site http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/0

I believe this will only work if you have a Seagate or Maxtor drive in your system, or an external drive.Charlie0 -
you can make your own backup. it requires two dvdr discs for the system discs and one cdr for a boot disc. it only allows you to do it once. click on the help and support icon on screen and find out how to do it there.0

If you're concerned about Windows, contact Microsoft. You have already essentially paid for a license for Windows, so they should send you the disk(s), free of charge. Please use OpenDocument (ISO 26300) format (.odt - .ods - .odp - .odg) for attachments0
