Okay can anyone tell me how to log into internet banking with a cashcard account........please?
It asks for the type of account but in the drop down boxes does not offer the option of cashcar...only flex etc etc ...................Please help

um I log into mine every day but it asks me for a user id not an account number.The cashcard account IS a flex account-just a basic one.I think you have to add a 6 or a 9 at the beginning of the account number but I could be wrong as I registered for online banking over a year ago.Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34 :eek:
