I have purchased a smartphone with windows 5.0 mobile OS on, but where can i download version 6.0? and is it easy to install?

    You need the rom image for your specific phone, then you need to flash the rom.

    Instructions will vary from phone to phone, but it was pretty easy on mine.

    If it's an XDA (or a phone that was rebranded as an XDA) you'll find info here.
