BRILLIANT sale in MK, bought loads @ 50% + off!!

Discounts in every clothes dept so something for everyone, there were even a good selection of sizes which is really unusual. Best buys - boys long pj's 11-12 £3, and jeans £2.
Tankini for £5, and underwear 1/2 price.
Seems the £5 sticker machine was working hard last night

I shopped online last night but I still went to the Newcastle store this morning and in my opinion they had loads of good bargains.

Couldn't get anything I wanted on-line early this morning so went to the nearest store after work: WOW far better range!

Also, going to the shop means none of the "will it arrive?" worries like last year when my order disappeared item by item and the despatch dates got later and later, until NOTHING was available. Good luck if you did buy on-line.

I managed to get some great stuff online for first grandchild due in 4 weeks....we already have the newborn stuff so I bought some outfits for next Summer, he can have them for Christmas..also got some toys and books too. I'm pleased:j if they turn up, of course!

I don't understand why they split orders up, take the money (I mean completely, it shows up as an entry on my credit card online statement NOT a Pending Transaction) and still not actually send the items...

They've split 3 orders into 6 deliveries, sent the three single items seperately (from the same warehouse/distribution center within 2 hours of eacher other) - taken the money for those, taken the £88 for another 'Despatching Soon' and blocked my credit card with another £100 in Pending Transactions

But they don't actually SEND the big packages - it's a ridiculous system in this day and age!

Plus they don't let you send it to a store for pickup anymore on most clothes items!

Everything I ordered has now been despatched ...

I think I'm lucky I put the orders in at 10:30PM the night before

Still think it's strange they split the 3 orders in 6 packages, that will all be delivered probably on the same day!

You guys are lucky. M&S online is still rubbish. I'm not getting my items.

The whole order was held up due to stock problems with one item and surprise surprise all the other items have slowly become out of stock.

I said this at the last sale but this time I will stuck to it: I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE AGAIN
