Hi
Any of you been stung with the above?
I stupidly gave my credit card details on-line for anti-malware software which they convinced me I needed. I have received nothing except then taking money off my credit card. I've been on to my bank (RBS) than they have been quite responsive, they have credited my card until this is resolved. Today I now find they have made another charge to my card - again RBS say they will continue investigating - I suggested I may need to cancel my card but the bank seems reluctant to do this.
Have any of you had something the same or similar, if so how did you get round it?

Thanks in advance.

tell them you have lost your card and need a new one, this seems for some to stop automatic payments
